The manager is a very dishonest and deceitful person. She will do anything in order to overcharge the customer or withhold money from the deposit. As for the apartment, the mattress was bad and smelly and the chair was broken. The photos only tell half the story. Stay away!

STAY AWAY! The Managing Director was so rude we didn 't feel welcome and decided not to go, leaving her the money she would never have refunded anyway. We had booked a room for several nights via Booking but despite the corona crisis we couldn 't get a refund, only a 1-year voucher. The Booking team didn 't help much and the Managing Director wouldn 't meet us halfway. Despite being 7 month-pregnant and the sanitary conditions being extremely bad we had to maintain the trip or lose the voucher, so we decided to go... Surprise: apparently we had to pay an extra €80 (as a transfer directly to a bank account), despite the fact that we had already paid for the whole thing on the official Booking platform a year ago (for the same time period). When we wanted to have some explanation for this, the director wrote (and I quote) that she was tired of discussing this with us. We were shocked by her reply and told her that she shouldn 't speak to her customers like that. No reply from her. When my grandmother passed away a few days later and we learned the funeral was planned for the day of departure, all the Managing Director said was that she wouldn 't refund the night we 'd miss and that she was still waiting for the extra transfer. No word of sympathy, no appologies for the rude words she had in her previous message. We preferred leaving her the €260 we already paid rather than sending her even an extra cent that she wouldn 't deserve. Clearly, she 's in the wrong line of work and if the rest of the service is as unprofessionnal and unpleasant as she is, we didn 't miss much. She 'll probably reply that she applied the terms and conditions etc, but the issue isn 't here: the problem is her complete lack of empathy and flexibility in these extraordinary times, and above all, the way she talks to her clients which is unacceptable. Save your money, stay away.
