We had a very disappointing dinner at Cinco by Paco Pérez. We tasted different starters and all dishes had a babyfood structure. You could eat everything even without theet! Part of a good quality food is that it has different structures from soft to crispy. This food was all soft and jellyish. We dod not see any connection to Spanish cooking either. On the positive side the staff is very helpful and polite. View all feedback.
I really loved this hotel. Berlin and Das Stue was our first stop on your three week European vacation and I really thought this was a good place to start...
My husband and I popped over to Das Stue for a drink in their lobby bar and were blown away. If you appreciate architecture and design, visiting is a must!!..
Incredible hotel located in embassy row. Beautiful interior, friendly staff that all speak English. Beds are so comfortable, I wanted to ship one back to..
As for resataurant: visited couple of days after renovation, and in mixed amotions quite expencive for the city we had a la carte dishes as not a fan of waiting for hours having bite to bite, also we were just hungry and...wanted to se what's up in there. so, for a dish very well cooked. The best octopus ever. Best pigion ever. unbelievebly good sea urchin arroz risotto, button mushrooms ans sevral minor dishes. So, as for quality really good and totally deserves a michelin star. As for service... well, we asked for a tea and were brought almost cold something watery with terrible taste like the one at breakfast but brewed several hours ago and wrmed up with hot water. euro each that's simply insulting. Waiters behaved unappropiate as well no open conflict, but ignoring, behaving indulgently. un acceptable for such a place and was a diappoinment which doesn't fit the whole hotel stay experience. as for the BAR: ver good food selection Pimientos wit hhummus its a total hit. had it almost every day delicious! good oysters, tastyyet simple mushroom risotto, lovely wild salad, proper tuna tartar.. great bread! Also in this bar I've got the coctil which is in my list and I'm the one in search for a signature coctails in the best bars in every city I visit Salt Caramel! It's a MUST. Others were good a s well hot buttered rum, blood and sand, the pink unicornnot that bright, but ladylike and light, strong signature Stue mule, interesting classics variation martini andalucia. Located inside the SO Das Tue hotel, the German restaurant of the star Michelin chef Paco Perez can give you a dinner full of intense flavor. The hall is very funny with a splendid long table in the center of the hall. The food...is very good with much dishes who remember spanish flavor. Very good and beautiful to see all dishes. Waiter and sommelier very kind and ready to suggest the best in the list
