After I pointed out that the pasta was completely oily and already swimming in oil, the man behind the counter simply said that that's how it's supposed to be done. I've never seen anything like that at an Italian restaurant before. I then asked them to transfer the pasta to another bowl and strain out the oil, but that didn't help much either, as oil was still dripping from the pasta. No one came around, so I left my money and couldn't eat the pasta. (Note: The photos were taken after the oil had already been strained out!
