The food was good and was cut generously. The atmosphere was cozy with a unique (local) theme. The server was friendly, but it was a little hard to get their attention (it was slow and we were not in a hurry so we did not really care).

The new flat penny is great! I love the new decor and the new menu! The new bar bites and special drinks are great! In addition, the staff is very friendly and attentive! I look forward to my next visit!
Went to the flat penny on my birthday and had a great time! Have the nachos as an app almost no waiting and tasted amazing. Love the warm atmosphere and great service they have. it's really great weekend night out.
Heck, always end up here when it's raining. Flat penny is superb bar food, even a simple chicken breast sandwich is some how way more tasty than anything I make at home. One of the few bars I've actually interacted with the staff and enjoyed it, clearly whoever is in charge of this place, knows what they are doing.
