Applebee's Grill - Berlin

I sincerely enjoyed the food during my last two Saturday visits... But my waitress by the name of Allyson was the rudest waitress I have ever had! She didn't ask us once if we wanted refills of any of our drinks or even how our meal was, she avoided our table and just walked around flirting with young male customers. I hope that applebees takes the right actions towards stopping this type of behavior!

We recently visited Applebee's with our family, and although there was a slight delay in being served, the experience more than made up for it! Tammy, our server, was absolutely incredible! She was attentive, friendly, and made us feel truly welcomed. Her positive energy and top-notch service made our meal so much more enjoyable. We also want to give a big thank you to the manager for going above and beyond to take care of us during the delay. Their professionalism and dedication to ensuring our satisfaction did not go unnoticed. We left happy and well taken care of. Thank you, Applebee's team, for a wonderful dining experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Great waitstaff, slow horrible wait times and crappy not fully warm food. No wonder why Justin West did what he did y'all deserved it 100 percen.
