The marinade on the short ribs was incredibly tasty—no overpowering saltiness, just the perfect balance of flavors. Additionally, the short ribs were hearty and tender. I will definitely be returning to enjoy another meal here.

When you order short ribs (or really any meat), you receive a massive pile of ribs stacked so high that you can barely close the lid on the takeout box. This generous portion is accompanied by an equally large serving of rice. If you manage to finish all of that, you might find yourself too full to tackle the mountain of short ribs! These days, I wouldn't have the appetite to finish it all, but back in college, after a long day filled with classes, meetings, and social events, I could always count on Steve's to provide me with an impressive mountain of short ribs waiting for me. No other restaurant I’ve been to since has come even close to matching that experience.
