The customer service is friendly, helpful, and patient. As for the boba quality, it’s good—though not the absolute best—it definitely satisfies my boba cravings. I highly recommend visiting Purple Kow; I always feel stylish walking around downtown Berkeley with their distinctive cup in hand!

Without a doubt, it's the top boba shop in the Bay Area. The snacks are fantastic as well—the popcorn chicken and Tabango wings are absolutely amazing!
