The most socially aware cafe in Berkeley (just kidding) is also owned by one of the friendliest proprietors in the East Bay. They efficiently serve up delicious fresh and healthy food, as well as excellent brewed coffee and espresso drinks. The no-nonsense, politically-charged atmosphere is perfect for those in the East Bay who appreciate and enjoy it. I highly recommend this spot.
The food was excellent with great presentation and fast, friendly service. The ingredients were fresh and we highly recommend this restaurant. We tried the roasted pork cajita and it was delicious.
