The front door has a misleading sign advertising a promotion where you can get a free pizza by purchasing a large pizza for $19.95.
This restaurant is quite busy on Saturday nights and their main offerings are pizza and pasta.
I visited CW recently with my daughter and three young grandchildren, anticipating a relaxing lunch, but what followed could not have been more distant from that happy thought.There was evidently a breakdown in communication over my order, resulting in my being served a meal I could not eat due to dietary intolerance. I tried to talk to the chef/owner to resolve the misunderstanding, but his manner was hostile and unreceptive – his position that any fault was mine alone, and not his problem. In an effort to salvage the occasion for my daughter and her family, I agreed to forgo both meal and refund. Unfortunately, matters went from bad to worse. Chef continued a loud, angry commentary within our hearing whilst my daughter ate, and on our leaving, he followed us into the parking area. In a disturbing display, he went on to shout abuse and profanities as we secured the children in the car. This is a business that actually promotes itself as child friendly.Dietary intolerances are no joke, but in hindsight, I really wish I had just eaten the meal and suffered the consequences. The whole incident was extremely upsetting.
The pizza at this restaurant is delicious and reasonably priced.
Be prepared for some amazingly delicious vegan food, served to your table like a piece of art! Also be prepared for long waits if it's busy as the owner/chef does it all in the kitchen on his own. I go here often cause I love...More
