However, I stopped by today and I wo... read more I don't usually write reviews, and I typically don't stop at this gas station—I usually go to the Kangaroo/Shell next door. However, I stopped by today and I won't be returning. To the assistant manager, if you're reading this, I want you to know that you are solely the reason for my decision. To the actual manager, I suggest providing your assistant with additional training on customer service and basic manners.

The quality of food during COVID has reached a new low. They are frequently out of basic seasonings, such as pepper, that one might want to enhance their meal. Breakfast is the only meal that consistently meets expectations.

Granted the customer was wrong... read more I just came from refuel gas station 1270 Red Bank in Goose Creek and an disagreement occurred between the cashier and a customer. Granted the customer was wrong in her attitude but however there should be a certain standard of professionalism from the staff of whatever the business maybe. After the worker finished with the customer, instead of squashing it she proceeded to rant and swear about the customer that had already left out of the store I might ad and she was still going off as if she had a point to prove. The moral standards and concern for customers are at an all time low and it really disappoints me because, me personally whenever I find an establishment that has everything to meet my needs I like to be of support in a positive way but the way that employers and employees treat guests makes me wonder. Now I know that she may have been having a bad day but we all do, but the cashier’s reaction was totally unexceptional and really should be looked into
