The toilet is more often unclean. Toilet Paper or hand soap is often missing. Customer Friendliness Don't complain about Burgers being to cold. McDonalds Employees are going to take that as a personal insult, and your next Burger may have a cost-free McDonalds Employee Special Sauce. This is no joke it happened to me twice! Employees have no empathy for the customer. Is it really so difficult to understand that if you pay for a hot meal, you do want to get a hot meal? Service Quality The quality of food is below McDonalds Standard. A lot of times I received completely cold burgers. Whether the management is trying to save money or the employees are trying to have some fun with customers is uncertain.
