On the phone you are told that the forgotten product will be included in the “next telephone order”. As soon as I got to the doorstep I wanted to tell the delivery person that the order was incomplete, but he literally sprinted away before I could say anything. I've never experienced anything like that before. Sorry guys, but it doesn't work that way
