They initially said it would be ready in 15 minutes, but we ended up waiting longer. After about 20 minutes, a worker came out and informed us that there was a problem with the ticket, so it would take more time. When we finally received our food 20 minutes later, the fries were almost burnt and soggy. It seemed like they had been fried in old oil. I really hate wasting food, but the meal was so disappointing that we won't be returning.
