Chapala Grille Mexican - Bergenfield

Saw at the bar and had a great meal. We wanted to grab a bite and find this jewel in Bergenfield for a little search. A real Mexican food that is not drowned in a bad sauce. It was freshly prepared food in a beautiful atmosphere with a wonderful bartender. We'll be back

Dear Chapala Grill. Food is always excellent, Margaritas is even better. Casual atmosphere with friendly and attentive waiting staff. I would highly recommend this restaurant as you go for Mexican cuisine.

Do you want really good authentic Mexican cuisine?! Then you have to go to Chapala Grill! Everything is amazing, the seafood is always so fresh and it is keviche to die for! Here are many, many times and have eaten quite a lot everything, it is all AMAZING! (Skirt Steak yummmm) You will NOT be disappointed! Trust me!

Chapala's is our favorite Mexican restaurant....food, customer service great, and Ricardo, the owner and his wife, Maria, Martin, his brother, who makes all the staff You feel at home....Mi Casa es su Casa! We feed there for every family day!

Decent and tasty fare. Prompt service and attentive staff. Dampening the enthusiasm for the place is a general concern about the apparent lack of face coverings from the staff, and limited socially distant seating in the restaurant. Having said that, when we visited, the restaurant was not very crowded and was able to relocate us when other patrons came in and were seated too close to us.
