They are known... read more Inventive dishes, beautiful presentation, and a warm welcome from Max. I had wanted to eat here anyway, but we liked it even more than hoped for. They are known for their mixology, but we had local wine and beer. Very relaxed as well. One of our two favorite restaurants in Bergamo. Try the risotto, zucchini flavor, and tagliolini with rabbit ragu.

We were fascinated by the unique cocktail list, and the bartender offered us several drinks, including an exceptional Frozen Margarita. I've been working in this profession for many years, and I've never seen such professionalism and dedication. My compliments, truly. The only thing we weren't happy about was the table next door: two people, definitely not Italian, were beyond rude. But the bartender handled the situation, so much so that we were disappointed and told him so. Anyway, we'll be back.
