an excellent meal, from beginning to end. pampered his michelin star, for innovative and seasonal cuisine, with a hauch of fusion. wine prices and decisions very reasonable, and the service was impeccable. Excellent food, but disconnected on the account related to the wine: They paid me 36€ for two glasses of a normal red etna of a womanfugata.

Restaurant deliberately away from the tourist circuits and the most frequented areas of bergamo, which we discovered thanks to the prints of other previous commensali who spoke well. but it was great! elegant local but without flicker, kind service, precise and marked at discretion, wide and curious menu that processes dishes combining a southern root (then prone to fish, fruit and experimentation) with Lombard products and also other contexts. curious and ironic the revisitation of garlic and oil paste; soave the rombo cooked in the pork net; memorable the perfume of artichokes with saffron and licorice. as dessert we took a selection of cheeses that helped to give further geographical projection to this already excellent restaurant.
