We enjoyed genuine home-cooked meals at this restaurant. The braised lamb was incredibly tender and served in a flavorful broth perfect for dipping bread. My wife loved the 'screaming eggplant' with tomatoes, a local specialty. The baby okra was delicious and the dessert, a custard with poppy seeds on top, was so good that we almost fought over the last bite.
