I have been to this restaurant a few times, and I have never really enjoyed it. The atmosphere is not very pleasant, but as they say, to each their own. This time, I decided to order delivery through the UDC app, and when the woman called to confirm, she was quite rude. Despite the promise of free delivery for orders over 500 rubles, I was informed that my order only amounted to 400 rubles after deducting my loyalty points. I was willing to pay for delivery, but the way they conveyed this information was off-putting. Overall, my experience with this restaurant has been marked by arrogance.
