While some hailed its homemade sausage rolls and nostalgic hamburgers as highlights, others faced a series of disappointments. Shoddy service marred the experience for many, with long wait times, incorrect orders, and unsatisfactory responses from staff. Despite the occasional inconsistency, a few diners maintained a fondness for the place, praising the freshness of simple dishes and the authenticity of comfort food. Overall, while some cherish the restaurant’s offerings, it may not resonate with those seeking reliable service and timely meals.

Really great location and on our way north we seem to stop there to feed our bub and the amenities both times have been good but the food is mediocre. We shared a meal the first trip and it was fine but no one in there so they were mopping and for 8:30 pm seems fair enough and didn't come near us. Tonight same thing on a Thursday and mopped around us whilst eating. Not a fan of the smell of bleach when eating. Food is average, service average - which is a **** as it's a great location for travelers. Wish it was Olivers.

I'm not sure if they were just having a bad day, as we have eaten there before and found the food good. We had the big breakfast, which had plenty of food but the taste was average. I asked for soft eggs, they came hard, the bacon was overcooked, the sausage was ordinary, it came with chips (odd for Breakfast), the toast was nice, the promised mushrooms were non-existent and it was all served on a bed of baked beans. I think we'll go somewhere else in future.

Stop here regularly on my way north from Sydney. It's the first place to stop at the end of the freeway. Large parking area but little shade. You can eat in if you want a meal or just buy a snack. There are toilets but they can be busy / dirty if it's a public holiday and there are large numbers of travellers using them, especially if the tourist coaches have stopped. If you like fried, fast food you'll do ok, but if you prefer something health to eat this isn't the place to stop. For me it's just a place to relax and take a quick break out of the car but I don't eat the food.

I was served by Charlotte, and her manners are absolutely disgusting. We asked for something that isn't on the menu, nothing 6 a plate with snags and eggs. Oh, that's not what we do normally. If you can't deal with customers, don't work here. It's a main stop for travellers and truck drivers and that the way you talk to people. Yiur manners are absolutely filthy. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
