I was served by Charlotte, and her manners are absolutely disgusting. We asked for something that isn't on the menu, nothing 6 a plate with snags and eggs. Oh, that's not what we do normally. If you can't deal with customers, don't work here. It's a main stop for travellers and truck drivers and that the way you talk to people. Yiur manners are absolutely filthy. Service was appalling. We understand it gets busy but we waited 45mins for a schnitzel. After chasing up my order we were told there is no salad so we asked if we could have coleslaw as a replacement. But the rude attendant Charlotte huffs and tells me to not stop here next time.
