Suds Maguire's Bar - Berea

The bar is very nice; I have passed by several times and finally decided to check it out with my wife and baby. Unfortunately, our child's burger was overcooked (thankfully we checked before letting our 1.5-year-old eat it). The waitress was very kind and quickly rectified the situation. I think she was more upset about it than we were! The meal was average, but the bar and terrace were really cool. I will definitely return for drinks and appetizers!

I ordered the corned beef with a potato pancake. The corned beef was tough and difficult to chew. The Greek wrap was average at best. This was a complete letdown as we have always had wonderful experiences in the past. I will not be ordering for delivery again.

Decent patio, great waitress. Got chicken tenders and mozz sticks for apps and they were really good. Hubby got a burger which he enjoyed very much. I got the Reuben on potato pancakes which was okay. The pancakes were pretty mushy and tasteless and the corned beef wasn't as lean as I prefer, but it was edible and way more than enough for two meals! Had been here years ago and wasn't impressed, but THIS time was better and we'll be back!

We just discovered this place and really enjoyed it. Staff was friendly and there is out door seating. Lots of people enjoying food. We only had drinks but will return to eat.

In recent years, I've usually tried the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich at a lot of bar&grilles, restaurants, etc. after noticing it pop up on a lot of their menus. I compare them based on balance of heat, flavor, crunch, and the freshness/quality of the ingredients the sandwich is made. Suds really knocked it out of the park on this one! Great flavor, great balance of heat, nice little crunch on the fried chicken, and with high quality ingredients. I've come back on a busy Saturday night as well as Sunday afternoon and the sandwich always comes out with the same delicious profile. Highly recommended!
