The young staff here are incredibly friendly, but it's clear they are frustrated by the combination of inadequate ownership and unhappy customers. Since the new... read more The young staff here are incredibly friendly, but it's clear they are frustrated by the combination of inadequate ownership and unhappy customers. Since the new store opened, the soda fountain hasn't been working because the owner isn't willing to set it up and purchase the necessary supplies; they'd rather just sell bottled drinks instead. Additionally, the store has been out of tomatoes for several days, and the owner won't allow employees to walk a short distance to Marc's grocery store to buy some. We won't be returning anytime soon; this is the third time we've encountered these kinds of avoidable issues at a brand new establishment.

Typically when I go in for a few sandwiches it is clean but not sparkling, service has always been fast unless they have been training someone and then they generally have asked if I mind or am in a hurry. Generally the staff has been very pleasant and on the rare (1 time in over 20 visits) error or issue with an online order, it was remade, I kept the original sandwich and they gave me a drink cup to fill while I waited.
