I stopped after work on Friday during Lent) to get the 2 for $6 fish sandwich. The drive thru line had 10+ cars in it so I went inside to order. There were 4 employees working and 6 customers waiting for their orders. For being short staffed the employees were smiling, friendly , upbeat,calm, and were working so hard get all the orders out as quickly as they could considering the circumstances. We sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes and no one answered. We left and came back and it was very clear that they did not want to be working or at least work the drive thru. Food was a bit dry and meh. View all feedback.
This location was an extreme disappointment this evening. Ordered two chicken wrap sandwiches, small shake, small jalapeno popper and small curly fry. The serving of fries was so small I actually took it up to the counter and showed the shift manager but she said it was a small fry just put in a bigger cup. I dumped the fries out and there were only two curly fries in the cup and the rest were broken pieces. There was no offer to replace or add to the fries that were purchased. I spent $16 and definitely did not get my money's worth. Everything I ordered had been sitting for a while and was lukewarm and the chicken was hard and difficult to chew because it was not freshly made.
This is the first time I’ve had an issue with this Arby’s location. We’ve ordered many times from here and it’s always been good. However, after picking up an order we placed online we realized they forgot the drinks for both meals, I ordered a beef and cheddar and they gave me a plain beef sandwich no cheese or sauce, my cheddar ranch chicken sandwich also had no sauce on it so it was very dry and my husband’s Swiss bacon ranch sandwich had no bacon or sauce either. We spent close to $30.00 altogether and unfortunately, it was a big disappointment. I order from here regularly because it’s the one take out place I can rely on for good food. I hope it gets better or I won’t be returning.

Ordered pickup through the app for 5:00 pm. Had to stay a few minutes over at work. Got there at 5:15. Order shelf was empty. Took 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge I was there. They first claimed there were no pick up orders and that I ordered from the wrong restaurant. I confirmed in the app I had the right place. They showed me an order and asked if it were mine. I said yes. The man told me someone picked it up for me. I told him there was no one to pick it up for me. He claimed once it’s on the shelf they aren’t responsible for it. I spent 20 minutes in the store with this man arguing, raising his voice, and telling me they weren’t responsible because someone picked it up. I told him you let someone take my order. Finally he refunded my money after threatening to call the police. He was still trying to argue as I left the restaurant. Extremely rude. While he went in back to process the refund I spoke to another lady and said I just want my order I can wait if you want to remake it. She said no horrible experience
Overall, awesome the store was busy but they managed super well. The staff was super nice and respectful. Love, the smokehouse burger.
