Here they can observe the trout that later land on the teller. the chefin is super beautiful, the daughter and also the enkelin with so much fun at work that this takes over all the other servants and kitchen forces. only regional products are used for the preparation of the food. the wild comes from their own territorium, the trout from their own waters before the door and the raupes from their own garden. on the afternoon in the white blue beer garden we choose from the map the Bavarian dizzy red roasts with ruby and mixed salat (7.50€) and the böfflamott (bavarian speciality with semmelknödel, pristin and salat (9.20€) but what we wanted to try was the famous forelle after the art of the friesenmühle (12.90€). the large trout lay golden brown roasted on the dish with homemade delicious potato salad. the trout filled with lemon slices and petersilie. they must have seen and experienced this, so I did not photograph my work, but I enjoyed it alone in all rest. Those who like to visit and fish should not miss this pleasure. with the trout the brewing time plate (6,90€ could not resist, but this was also perfectly equipped. on the teller was presse bag red and white, cheese, obazda, berry, bauchspeck, leberwurst, gurken and butter. a good bach. conclusion Bavarian small kitchen with fresh trout and wild dresses from their own
