The 2 girls were rude. Them never heated the subs it was the worst 40 dollars i ever spent.. will never from there again we couldnt get the bogo they seriouly said they turned the online orders off because were busy but there was no one else even View all feedback.
I deleted my 1-star review from last year to write this new 1-star review.I had stopped visiting this location for a while, but decided to try it again, and have been visiting from time to time over the past couple of months, but sadly the same problems are still there, putting peoples' health and life at risk.The fact that none of the staff are trained to prevent cross-contamination is so obvious each and every time I go in there. I have a sever anaphylactic allergy, and I have kindly informed them, yet they still mix my food with that ingredient, and they don't even realize when they are doing it.They wear the same pair of gloves through handling money, opening and closing doors and containers, scratching their face, and today I watched the person directly handle the ingredient I'm allergic to, throw a contaminated piece of food back in the serving container, and when she got new food, she handled it with the same gloves on, and denied doing so when I pointed it out, so I left without my lunch, and I probably will never buy another sub from this place. They simply have not been trained to be safe, and because the problem is so consistent and has existed for so long, it is definitely a management/training issue more than an issue with any individual staff member.This Subway should be shut down, or a whole new staff should be brought in. I hope the health department does an unannounced inspection, that would be the day they close.Dietary restrictions: Oblivious to health concerns regarding severe allergies
Our sandwiches were tasty so I'll start there. However this store is extra busy in season and always understaffed. A manager should have come in if they were that busy. They had NO bread at 6pm so we had to have wraps or flatbread, no steak, and a few other items. The staff were friendly and helpful tho and smiling thru it all while customers were grumbling and rude to them. This is a comment of management not staff. Still worth it lol, love my Subway sandwiches.Parking: Inside a busy gas station so take your time finding a space. Great healthy options for kids.wheelchair access. Vegetarian option too.
I ordered double meat and cheese and asked numerous times and they said yes and this is not double meat and cheese and was charged for it.
