Zaxby's - Bentonville

Had an issue earlier in the week that made me pretty upset. Called Christy, the manager and she addressed the situation and more than made up for my negative experience. The fact that she showed genuine customer concern certainly will have me going back to this location.

I always enjoy dining at this restaurant because the sauce and chicken are absolutely unique. It's one of my favorite spots and I make sure to come here whenever I can!

The most incredible fast food experience I have ever had in my life. Diego took our order at the drive thru with incredible precision, efficiency, and energy. We pulled up to the window to get our food to find Diego slamming orders on the mic WHILE putting together complex drink orders, never missing a beat. Give this man a raise immediately.

All they do is chicken so don't expect much more. The chicken is good quality. We got the wings and the chicken tenders family style. It came with plenty of sauce. We tried the buffalo and the garlic parmesan and really liked it. We also tried the teriyaki. It wasn't real wild about that flavor. I will commend the customer service. When they started making our wings they forgot to cook the tenders at the same time and so when the wings came out we had to wait for the tenders. They gave us free meals coupons for our next visit.

Drive through line may look long buy it always moves quickly, even during the lunch rush. One nice perk that they have one of the fancy Pinanfarina Soda machines with a zillion options and if you know what you want, you can still order custom flavors and stuff thought the drive through.
