On Monday at 4:00, and I had the best experience. All our staff welcomed us so warmly that we felt like cousins falling into the kitchen of Auntie. Table service was accurate and friendly. The food was made completely at the point. This was my first visit (each) in a Waffle House, and I will not hesitate to make a return visit. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Waffle House:
First and last waffle house experience ever. I ate with my wife, 2 yo and a baby. Needs negative stars. They charged for water, sugar, creamer, ketsup, salt and pepper..$85 dollar for breakfast, and no, we did not order that much. Never going to another again, lots more choice of getting a true 5 star breakfast if I'm paying 5 star prices. I did complain and was told that's the price. View all feedback.
I decided to stop by for breakfast, but it was actually colder inside the restaurant than outside. When I mentioned to the waitress how cold it was, she replied that it was intentional. I suppose if the customers are freezing, that's just the way they prefer it.
The chicken at this restaurant is delicious and the fact that they use humane certified chicken sets them apart. Additionally, the prices are very reasonable. It would be difficult to find this option at any other restaurant in Bentonville.
The staff is friendly, the food is delicious and satisfyingly greasy - I can never resist a good Waffle House.
It's not the same without Trent working there but Shay, Lacey, Ginny, Teresa, Kent, and Tom are keeping the good vibes going. I'm one of very few that even considers tipping the cooks along with the server that takes either my to go order or when I sit high bar. I'm glad they're patient with me after dealing with difficult college kids or the usual drunks once the bar closes. Overnights should receive weekend hazard pay instead of the usual, because they definitely have earned and deserve it!!
