Smashburger - Bentonville

1st time ever going to a Smashburger. It was really good. The associates were very friendly and helpful. The food was really good. The service was fast.

Edit original reviewThey ? fixed this! I was sent a gift card, so decided to grab takeout. Food was as it should be.I ordered delivery like always, and this was a terrible experience. I ordered a mushroom and swiss like always. This one was terrible. Aside from being dried out, there were no mushrooms and no aioli on it. My fries were obviously old because they were so stale. I was refunded my food, but not that delivery fee. Personally, I think they should have offered to resend the food at absolutely no cost to me.

Gross food, way over priced. Used to be good. Store feels unclean. Soda machine broken, ice maker broken. They sold me soda anyways.

The moment I entered the restaurant, I was greeted by friendly staff who were more than happy to assist me. The ambiance was clean, modern, and inviting, making it a great spot to enjoy a meal. They also have a patio so we sat outside to enjoy our meal.Now, let's talk about the star of the show—the classic cheeseburger. From the very first bite, I was blown away. The burger was flawlessly cooked to perfection, with a juicy, tender patty that had just the right amount of topings. The cheese was melted to perfection. The soft, fresh bun held everything together perfectly, without overwhelming the flavors.The ingredients were undoubtedly top-notch, and quality. The burger was complemented by crisp, flavorful lettuce, ripe tomato slices, and tangy pickles that added a refreshing crunch. Each element worked together creating a symphony of flavors that left me wanting more. I always share meals with my significant other so wanting more is pretty typical.The area for improvement in this experience were the accompanying Haystack Onions. This is the only reason this place didn't get five (5) stars. They were not as crispy as I would have liked. They did make a great addition as a topping. I think next time I'll go for the fries as the ideal sidekick to my SmashBurger.The service at SmashBurgers was excellent. The staff members were attentive. They were knowledgeable about the menu and provided helpful recommendations, making me feel valued as a customer.Overall, my visit to SmashBurgers was exceptional, and I highly recommend trying their classic cheeseburger. It's a true masterpiece that will satisfy your cravings for a classic, delicious burger. Whether you're a burger aficionado or simply looking for a fantastic meal, SmashBurgers is the place to be. They are closed, due to staffing shortages. A sign said they are closed indefinitely. I wanted to Smashburger and was disappointed they were closed. I am giving them one star simply because I wasn’t able to eat there today and their signage is not obvious from a distance.
