Little Caesars Pizza - Bentonville

There is no dine-in option at any of the locations. I was impressed with how quickly my order was ready, and the quality of the food remained excellent. I would love to see Little Caesars Pizza in Southwest Missouri!

I called to order a pizza, but the person who answered placed me on hold and then never came back. I waited for at least five minutes without any response, so I eventually hung up. It's important for employees to respond when they put customers on hold.

They seem to just serve whatever pizza they feel like these days. While I was in line, a woman ahead of me had to have her pizza remade. When it was my turn, they mistakenly gave me a crazy stuffed crust pizza instead of the regular stuffed crust I ordered. I tried explaining to the manager that I didn’t want Parmesan cheese on my pizza, but he insisted that all stuffed crust pizzas come that way. Not only did they get my order wrong, but I felt like he was lying to me.

Very poor Service I spoke to Julie who stated she was the owner asked her to help me with a change to my online order she was very rude and refused to help me you have lost a customer for life

They stay busy, but regardless they get that good out, it's good and their pretty nice considering the way that place never stops
