Krispy Kreme - Bentonville

Donuts were not good. I got a variety of donuts?different crème filled (white crème, strawberry, lemon, cake batter), a couple of chocolate covered, a couple of glazed glazed, and a pumpkin spice cake. The cake donut was the only good one. Very little crème in the the crème filled ones, all the donuts were dry and tasted old or maybe it was just an odd taste that it had.. Krispy Kreme is supposed to be THE best but these were pretty bad.. this was at 10 AM on a Saturday.. disappointed!

Great experience at this location with David. We don?t live close and don?t make it often to a donut shop. My children used their own money to purchase a select batch of donuts, and he worked well with them. Welcoming all-around: friendly, service-oriented, treated all of us like valued customers, and some might say he went above and beyond. In our experience, David is most certainly a reason to go back. That, and the delicious donuts.

We live about 45 minutes from our local Krispy Kreme location, but we wanted to try the berry variety and I had a freebie for my birthday. I placed our order in the app at 6:18am to pick up at 7:45am. I arrived at the store at 7:30am, the location is still drive thru only. The gentleman at the window said he couldn 't find my order and I needed to place the order again. I told him that I had the confirmation email for the order and he just walked away from the window. He came back to the window about a minute later and said he found the order but it wasn 't supposed to be picked up until 7:45am and I needed to park. No issue, I knew I was early and didn 't mind waiting a few minutes. He came out about 2-3 minutes later and handed me the box and said, here you go . I immediately opened the box to make sure it was the correct order since I planned on waiting for about 10 minutes until the order time. The pictures are what we received. Terrible. Not anywhere close to Krispy Kreme quality, the box was a mess, I did not jostle them at all, the icing is terrible, we will not ever pay $14 for donuts like these again. I was not about to send them back because I couldn 't be in the store to make sure the man with the poor attitude didn 't do anything to the donuts, I 've seen movies and news specials about what can happen when you send back food. These donuts are just sad and we were so disappointed. Gas is expensive and we drove a long way just for these. Bad customer service, these should never have been served.

Good donuts, lot of variety. My son loved watching the process of watching the donuts being made. Over $21 for a dozen donuts and 3 milks. I thought that was a bit high but not much of a complaint from me. My complaint is there are quite a few employees and there are 3 tables to sit at and not a one of them were cleaned. Crumbs all over tables and floor from previous diners. No other customers in there but us.

Always great quality and very friendly manager that always speaks to us
