For the first time at King Burrito and I have to say I'm impressed! The menu is simple, but the food is anything but. The line on the street should tell you how great it is. Not to mention the friendly staff. We wanted to add something to our order in the window, no problem as in most places! We have the King Burrito (Al Pastor) and the Quesadilla Plate plus Chips and Salsa! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about King Burrito:
Usually order online and pick up. Today I noticed on their online site that they were Taco Tuesday and the Tacos were $1. When I pick up the guy at the counter, he asked why I ordered the tacos, he said that's not right. He pretended it was my fault that I could order from her website $1 Tacos. He was very rude. I got a refund, but the rudeness was unacceptable. I really like the food and her horchata is the best. View all feedback.
Everything's was very good and fast Loved it be come back to it for sure
Food was really good, it was fast and the prices were affordable. Plenty of space and it's super clean, the only issue I had was when taking my order I asked if my item contained anything with cheese or cream and the guy said no but when I got it it did had both cheese and cream, I told them I had asked and they said no so they changed it but I had to wait again for that one dish. Other than that all good.
Food is very tasty and portions are big. The restaurant is not very clean and customer service is not their forte. This restaurant has potential do to their food but everything else makes it just another fast food messy restaurant.
Went to pick up a family order (ordered two chips and salsa- paid for this). Got back home, everything was here except the salsa. Drove back to get the two salsa… younger guy working argued with us saying that he put three salsa in with the food (he did not), and sent us home with only one salsa. Food was good- service was rude.
The kitchen service is very slow, 30 minutes to provide the asada tacos There is no ice for the drink, dirty tables and the sauce bottles are disgusting, what bad service
