The rooms were clean and the rate was reasonable with breakfast included. It was nice to choose my room on the app and the digital key was convenient. The only complaints I have are about the pool area and pool closing time. The pool was supposed to close at 10 but at 952, without warning, the lights to the pool all went off. We still had kids swimming at this time so that was very frustrating. The outside area also... View all feedback.
What Sh Lo doesn't like about Hilton Garden Inn Bentonville Rogers:
Negative 100. Cat urine smell in suite, Man Fur and soap on tub. Disgusting. LEFT AFTER ONE HOUR and accosted by front desk workers husband in parking lot. ClassyRooms: 1/5 View all feedback.
I have to say this first, all the staff I met are very welcoming , and helpful. They make my stay more enjoyable. They also have arranged it airport shuttle for me. The location of this hotel is very close to the airport. The rooms are okay. I think they are above average. A little bit old for the facility and the furniture in the room. It will be better if they have newer furniture. They do have a indoor pool, but I didn't use it because the bottom of the pool looks a bit dirty. They offer free breakfast option which are not bad. If you want better breakfast. They also offer pay options. They have coffee, hot water and tea in the lobby the whole day I believe.
Older hotel that's been updated.Room is generally clean but does have a musty smell in it. Havnt had fresh towels during my stay.Rooms: 3/5

Getting a cookie upon check-in is a good start. Here, it was a chocolate chip Otis Spunkenmeyer. We arrived about 9pm so we were all about settling in for the night. The hotel location and corridor were very quiet. No issues with a loud air conditioner, though it was definitely running as it is summer. Our room was long with a sitting room, bathroom, and bedroom. The bedroom space is a little tight around the end of the bed due to a chair. The shower functions are straightforward. The cranky toilet had such a low flow that it required the handle be held down when it was being flushed. The exercise room is small, with two of the four machines out of order. (We’ve been in three Hilton hotels with Peloton bikes in the past month, and all three bikes have been broken. The free weights started at 15 pounds. The room included a water fountain and bathroom. Everything was clean and stocked.Over our three night stay, we noted a strong musty odor whenever we entered the room. The parking lot was strange, too. There is no direct access to the main drag. Entrance is at the back, with the lot u-shaped; the hotel entrance is at the side in a very tight area. I could imagine cars could get trapped at the front portion of the lot if several cars were parked for check in.We know we’ll be back to the area soon but we are not enthused about staying here again.
