Crackerjack Food Truck - Bentonville

Hector makes fantastic, from ordinary food! By far the best food truck to visit our workplace. (The only reason I didn't give him 5 stars is because his prices are a little high).

I love this place and the owner is a really funny, funny guy! My friends and I did a few adult Mac n Cheeseses with different meat toppings to try out. All the others have the boring louts on their pig. Meatloaf for victory. It is amazingly well seasoned and tasteful. The Italian dog was perfectly juicy!

This is the best place I've eaten in Bentonville. I stopped and glad I did it! My sandwich was amazing with just the right combination of flavors. The pig was really smoked, and the Chutney was fresh with tons of taste. To round it off, everything is very cheap. The only bad part of the entire experience tries to decide what to order because everything looks so good.

Close the front door! Tested this joint for the first time and DAYUM! Got the Adult Mac and Cheese and what in hell I missed! The guy's food is top-notch. I'm so worried to try the rest of the menu now! The Mac was cheerful, fluffy and perfectly cooked. The crumb above the top was fantastically flavored and brought exactly the right texture. I added the pulled pig and sealed the deal. Hands down if not the best Mac and cheese dishes I've ever had!

Fabulous food truck! Everything we ordered was great: Beefcake Sandwich Pua Sandwich Hodgepodge Romaine Salad (with smoked chicken) Honestly, I don't know which was best. If you like Hawaiian inspired, the Pua was my favorite, but it was all very yummy.
