This is my favorite location of the two in Bentonville. The staff so very friendly, they make my group laugh everytime we are here with friendly conversation and helping decide on tasty and fresh treats. I have Never had cold or what tasted like old food from this location nor have I waited more then five minutes when sitting inside. Less time waited in the drive thru(somehow) of course. What Alivia Rowe doesn't like about Arby's:
They were short staffed. I stood at the counter probably 10 minutes before getting my order taken. I wouldn't have minded as much but atleast acknowledge me and tell me it will be a second. My food was just thrown together all messy. I think most of the blame falls on the manager. Unless its his/her first time managing a fast food restaurant. View all feedback.
I went to this Arby's. Man casher name Russell. Great worker. Got me every thing I needed. I was lost with menu. And he really helped me out. Thank you for having a great store. I will be back for sure.

Good food, friendly staff, and very clean fast food place. I was very happy eating inside here. The food was very good as well. You can never go wrong with beef and chedder. Maybe I new to this but they had crinkle fries too. So i didn't have to eat the curly fries which I know a lot of people love. I just don't care for my fries to be seasoned. Go here and enjoy a good meal.
Would give 5 stars, but for some reason every time I go there, I always miss something. This time I ordered a French dip and didn't get the dips sauce.
