Have the nachos superior with grilled chicken instead of beef. It was good, just a little more chicken needed. The service was fast and the checkout was friendly. I'm here for late lunch today. The instructions, meat and cheese are obviously only too complicated to follow for them. Staff are distracted chatting or I think of their phones. Prepare to get tacos filled with salad into the bride, even if you say they contain no, and little to no meat and cheese. This place is pretty hit or miss. It really depends on who is working. Sometimes you get your food quick and everything you ordered is there in the bag, and sometimes stuff is missing or the lid isn't all the way on your drink and it spills all over your car. The last time I went, the drive thru worker handed me a bag with cheese all over the outside of it...I pointed this out, and she just shrugged and closed the drive thru window...that is not typical, but give me some extra napkins or something. Sheesh. In my opinion, the food is just okay...but the drive thru line at lunch time (11:00-12:00) is always shorter than the Dairy Queen next door.

The staff can't get a order right or it's cold very rude at times lot of horseplay at night cause they put kids in charge because older staff don't want to work nights alot of improvement is needed for this benton KY store one woman store assistant manager catrina brinkley she needs to be let go immediately staff can't stand her 3 good employees quit because of her and she isn't half the employee they were because of her and general manager Sheryl are best friends so she can do what she wants I will never eat at this establishment or any other taco John's for that matter

Tried this place again in Benton rude obese young lady to busy flirting and laughing with another employee to properly take care of the only customer they had. Her t shirt uniform was nasty and her attitude was to

Don?t get me wrong, taco johns is usually pretty good but ever since they remodeled the service and food has gone downhill. Firstly they don?t even have the salsa bar anymore which had really good salsa. And secondly I ordered a cheese quesadilla that when I got it, it wasn?t even cooked it was cold. So I asked for another and they made me a new one. And when I got it, it was still not cooked. I think that this is just an employee error.

I ordered 6 tacos and a pound of zets with some seasoning for $14.99. However, I received neither a pound of zets nor any spice at all. Taco Bell offers 12 tacos for $12, which is a much better deal for the size. We won't be coming back.
