Pop's BBQ offers a varied dining experience, celebrated for its budget-friendly meals and hearty portions, including standout dishes like cheeseburgers and fried fish. While some diners laud the flavorful food and accessible atmosphere, others express disappointment with service inconsistencies and occasional overcooked dishes. Customers appreciate the spacious dining area and easy parking, although large vehicles may struggle during busy hours. Despite the critique on some meals, such as greasy burgers and overdone fish, the homemade bread and friendly service often redeem the experience, making Pop's BBQ worth a visit for casual dining in a small-town setting.

Was Carol Lindbeck at Pop's Bbq a mag?
The staff recommended the fish on Friday night. It was ok, not a lot of flavor. Also had a double cheese burger. The bun was delicious, like home made. Burger wasn't very flavorful and a bit greasy. I wish we had tried more of their home made sides. We were just passing through so if you stop, be sure to ask for their specialties. View all feedback.

What L Douglas Hogan dislikes about Pop's Bbq:
Pop's is a great option for families looking to dine out on a budget. The food is tasty and the atmosphere is decent. The service is comparable to other nearby restaurants, depending on the server. I would suggest trying their cheeseburgers, while my wife particularly enjoys their fish sandwiches on freshly baked bread. View all feedback.

The parking lot was easy to maneuver in a smaller vehicle, though larger vehicles like RVs or trailers might have some difficulty during busy times. We did notice a small surcharge for using a card instead of cash, but it just covered the transaction fee, so we didn't mind too much. Overall, if we have the opportunity, we would definitely stop by again. In terms of accessibility, the side/main entrance from the parking lot was flat and easy to navigate without any steps or curbs. The manual door and movable chairs at our table made it even more accessible. The dining rooms were spacious and not crowded, with enough room to move around comfortably. They also have a drive-thru/pick-up window for added convenience. Unfortunately, we didn't get the chance to check out the bathroom facilities, but based on our experience, we were very pleased with our visit to Pop's BBQ.

My fried catfish was delicious. I like this place so much that I had business in town and ate here both days. They make, bake and slice their own bread! It is delicious! If you are ever that way try to grab a loaf!

Food was good and fast. Service very good, friendly staff. A little on the pricey side.... Parking: Large parking lot with handicap parking.

Best grilled chicken I have had in a really good time. Great BBQ sauce. Parking: There just isn't a lot of space in parking lot
