I recently tried Jersey Mike's for the first time and I can honestly say it won't be my last. The service was fantastic and the food was amazing. It was undeniably the best sub I've ever had. The bread was soft and the chicken and vegetables were fresh and flavorful. They have gained a customer for life. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Jersey Mike's Subs:
I was not only double-charged for my meal, but despite clearly stating that I did not want oil on my sandwich, it was drenched in it. The bread was soggy and the oil leaked onto my car seat. When I requested a replacement, the staff laughed and hung up on me. This behavior was extremely rude, especially considering I work in customer service myself. We gave this place another chance, after almost a year not eating here, due to previous problems with the delivery of orders. guess what, our command was wrong again. they don't get another chance. what we received was in order and we ate it, but it was not correct. our order was posted online, so it was not misunderstanding about the phone.
This Jersey Mike’s location is by far the best I’ve come across. Traveling to Texas from NC with my boyfriend, we stopped in for lunch. The service was so good, the staff was extremely, and genuinely, friendly, and the quality of their work was second to none. ??
I usually love Jersey Mike's, but something was different this time. Can't put my finger on it exactly, like three bread was rubbery, meat tasted strange. The whole package left a bad taste in my mouth both metaphorically and literally.
Fantastic sandwiches, great place to grab food. Highly recommend ordering online during lunch though, everyone else has the same idea to go there!
What I love about Jersey Mike's is the consistently professional and friendly service and of course the freshly made food. Thanks guys, we will be back soon ?
