What Gage Dardeen doesn't like about Hardee’s:
Ordered online through Uber Eats. They didn't start making my order until 35 minutes after it was placed, forcing my first delivery driver to cancel and the app had to find a new driver, which took a while. Then when that driver got there, she said everyone was standing outside smoking weed, and no one was inside to give her the order. The manager that was there last night was awesome she was friendly and very nice with the service I received I believe her name was Nikki I will be going back

The food is always great. The employees are always so friendly.
Ordered online through Uber Eats. They didn't start making my order until 35 minutes after it was placed, forcing my first delivery driver to cancel and the app had to find a new driver, which took a while. Then when that driver got there, she said everyone was standing outside smoking weed, and no one was inside to give her the order. I finally got my food an hour and a half after ordering, and half of the order was missing. I usually don't complain about fast food service, because my expectations aren't very high to begin with, but that crew working tonight (5-8pm 2/23/24) is trash.
