The atmosphere is wonderfully rustic, and the staff is fantastic. The service is unbeatable, and the food is incredibly delicious. The catfish is massive and perfectly cooked. The prices are reasonable, and they don’t skimp on the portions. I love you, Cat Fish Kitchen! Joh!

The service is outstanding, and the atmosphere is simply incredible! The food is the best I’ve ever had, especially the catfish—it is cooked to perfection. The portion sizes are impressively large, and the prices are quite reasonable.

Even though t... read more The quintessential “Lake City Fish Restaurant.”All orders come with white beans, cole slaw, and green onion. We had the fried catfish. Very tasty. Even though they were short of staff, I’ve never seen two waitresses work so hard. We were never in need of extra drinks or anything. Our waitress was fantastic. She said she had just agreed to help out, and was now working full time.My only disappointment was that I had read from another user that their tartar sauce was excellent. I dug deeper and found out their bottles were filled with the same sauce as in their packets, which I believe were Kraft. Decent, but I’m a stickler for homemade tartar sauces.Overall, a good place to get fresh catfish.
