I had high hopes after seeing the photos on the website, but unfortunately the food did not meet my expectations. It was not great, and I was quite taken aback when the lady burped as I left. I found it quite disgusting to think that someone who had a part in preparing the food would do that. I only managed to take one bite of the enchiladas before deciding not to finish them. We have been happy with t this place until todayCustomer service was great but the food was not goodIt is difficult to mess up on chicken tacos and they did just that tonight80 bucks for tacos rice and beans for 4 comes with a certain expectation.
Had it delivered. The young lady on the phone was extremally sweet, fast, and accurate. The food was bad!! The order was incorrect. The beans and guacamole, were watered down, and tasted bad. We were charged $2.00 for cheese on burritos, and did not get any cheese, on anything. The young man 5hat delivered the our foodwas great. When he saw I was disabled, he offered to set the food inside for me. That has only happened one later time. I wish I could have given him the cost of the foo($69.99), and given the restaurant the tip.

I have been ordering from Taco Pronto for 30 years. It has always been exceptional. They have new owners in the last couple of years and their prices are high and portions have become very small. Tonight my food was cold. Last time they forget some things on my order. I’m very disappointed. It is definitely not the same!!
