Amended Review! This has to be one of the best lunch spots in Bakersfield. Their lunch special is exceptional and very filling for such a low price. Wasn't sure what I wanted when I walked in, but staff made a great recommendation. Ended up having the Panang Curry lunch special, and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. Looking forward to going back.

If you visit on a busy day, be ready to get the attention of the staff! Make sure to speak clearly, as I had to wait for my order after confirming it, only to find out they hadn’t written it down. However, they did prepare it quickly once they realized. Overall, the food is quite good; I highly recommend the crab fried rice and the pork BBQ appetizer! They pair wonderfully for a lighter meal. The noodles we ordered were somewhat average, but still satisfying if you're feeling hungry. If you're dining with a group of four, the tables can be a bit cramped, so it’s wise to strategize which dishes to order to avoid feeling crowded. I'm sure they would happily arrange for a second table if needed.
