I love the shrimp burrito and I also enjoy the plantains clean bathrooms and fridndly staff

We got cold tacos. They forgot condiments after we asked twice. The horchata tasted like it had been sitting in a jug on a counter top for days. Tasted like sugar water. The tacos weren't even good but they were cold so who knows. We stopped coming here because it was sub par glad to see it just kept getting worse. Go literally anywhere else because the quality of this place can't be beat in the worst kind of way.

Asada was bland and tough. Asked for red sauce for the tacos and they gave me bland tomato salsa. Shrimp taco was soggy and couldn’t even hold the shape. Had to eat it with a fork. Tortillas for asada tacos were also raw so they tasted like chalk. Didn’t get our sodas either. This is my 2nd bad trip in a row. On the avoid list now.

I always have an issue when staff first say that the restrooms are only for patrons before you say anything. The cashier attitude wasn’t inviting, bad customer service by judging the book by its cover tonight.Makes me not to want ever to come back here again.Coming from a 6 days Google I/O conference dealings with Gov. Officials, Developers and over 6k attendees, long shifts and and enjoyable experience in Mountain View, heading home and stopping here to grab a bite to eat made it unpleasant and left me with a bitter taste.Keep that in mind next time if you are on the road.

The only reason why I came here was for the super fries because they were very good and delicious. The super fries here used to be nice and crispy and well seasoned but they really have downgraded by replacing the fries with steak fries. Those fries have no seasoning they come out all greasy and soggy as you’re eating the fries, it turns into mush. Also, their posole is really stale and bland has no seasoning. They really let the quality of their food really downgrade I used to be longtime customer but not anymore.
