My customized cake did not look appealing. When I tried to find a solution for them to fix it, the staff brushed me off and weren't very polite. I would be embarrassed to try and sell a cake that looked that way. I walked out and left. View all feedback.
Nice place to grab ice cream on a hot day if you are stopping in bakersfield.

We went this month of May about 7:50, our second visit ever. There were 2 people in front of us which is not bad . We were not acknowledged and we were patiently waiting. No one helped us so we decided to leave and took our business to Target. I never go back to places with inexperienced staff or unfriendly service.

Cols Stone is one of my favorite ice cream places in Bakersfield. OK I like them all, but they can whip up my favorite flavor ice cream while the others can't. They need a larger indoor eating area.
