Pranzo. Circa 10 -12 tavolini da 2-4 persone, completi. Moderno, pulito, ordinato, asettico. servizio impersonale. Telo e pane 2€. Ortaggi fritti in pastella (ovviamente dietetici, non untuoso, forse fatti saltando direttamente dal congelatore ad una friggitrice moderna di ultima generazione di aria calda), per niente squisita, servita in un vassoio di cartone 6€. Il ragù alla bolognese nei noodles anonimi (non omonimi) 9€ composto da un abbondante impasto di carne tritata fine, quasi una purea, il cui gusto (personalmente non piacevole) mi ha forse fatto pensare alla famosa carne in scatola tritata e impastata con il frullatore. Lambrusco della casa 1/2 lt. molto economico ma purtroppo non particolarmente piacevole 4€. Costo totale 21€. Nel complesso nessuna sensazione di gusto olfattiva o piacevole; né senso di calore o ospitalità sono stato ingannato dal nome admiccante “Il pollo con il cuore del pane”. Avrei preferito un pasto veloce a pranzo in qualsiasi bar.
