Mastercheff Pasta Pizza

I have been waiting for my order for over 2 hours now. I've never experienced this in my life. If you call and ask, you will be put on hold and then disconnected. Edit: Food arrived, 130 minutes later. Of course everything was cold and no longer tasty at all, half of it was thrown away. If you are reading this: DO NOT order here. There is no excuse for systematically delivering so poorly. I have worked in the catering industry myself, both kitchen and delivery person at restaurants with more than 500 orders per evening and even there we never exceeded 45 minutes. In other words: pure incompetence

The pizza came with free sambal and garlic in large bags. The fries came with a good amount of mayonnaise, not paid extra for. Kapsalon was well stocked. Very nice man on the phone! We had entered the wrong address ourselves, the delivery person had to drive back and forth. They then made it again, without extra costs, because it had already become cold in the meantime. Yesterday I went to order there and I got pizza without vegetables and the sides were burnt so don't order here I am very angry with them and today I order pasta and there is so much pepper in it and I can't even eat 1 spoon so intense while I don't like spicy it was me and I called back to ask if I can get new ones otherwise it would be a waste of so much money and they said no, I think that's a shame I'm really angry so don't order from this place people only use your money and the food doesn't taste good Agree I am very angry waste of my money
