What Roser doesn't like about De Prinsekelder:
Ordered a Zalm Broodje to be delivered. In the app it said it contained rucula. I also paid 0.75€ extra for it to include avocado. When I received my order, however, I realized it contained lettuce (no rucula) and absolutely no avocado. I called at least 3 times right after receiving the order, no one answered. The prices are fine, and the food was okay, just not what I ordered, and I don't think I'll be ordering aga... View all feedback.
Opening hours are incorrect. Cycling through the cold and standing in front of a closed door. The website and Google say it should have been open.
I lived above here at number 9 for years. Lina and Ben were the best, sweet downstairs neighbors I could wish for. They were always there for me, always ready for a cup of coffee and I thought Lina's hot chicken sandwich or the calamari were excellent. We had an order for a few people, but instead of writing it down, it was memorized... so it didn't go well. According to the store, this is a fries with mayo, this is just half a bowl of fries!! initially ordered mayo peanut sauce, but they only found out that there was no peanut sauce after they started serving the fries. The amount already paid for peanut and Mayo was also not settled!
