Regardless of the mercurial Dutch weather, you 'll always receive a warm welcome from the friendly Aussie owner and chef. When the weather is good, the seats outside are happily situated in a little sun trap. The menu is hearty, fresh, healthy and tasty. Top tip the muffins! Het is altijd goed en heeeeerlijk. We snappen echt niet dat je er nog elke keer zonder reservering terecht kan. Best hidden secret of The Haque!
Met een groep de zaak voor ons zelf, wat een ervaring. Als starter heerlijk brood met een diversiteit aan kazen en vleeswaren, o.a. een heerlijke pate. Dan vooraf een zalig soepje, een fantastisch hoofdgerecht en dito toetje. Dit alles in een gezellige sfeer en zeer goede bediening. Voor herhaling vatbaar.
Absolutely love this place! My fiancé and I had our engagement dinner here. Lee and his crew were so welcoming and kind, which added to the already intimate and cozy atmosphere. Everyone (carnivores, vegetarians and vegans alike) raved about the food, and Lee made sure to accommodate the group’s unwieldy list of dietary requests. He even surprised us with a tasty wedding muffin before we left at the end of the night. Great wine, great food, great warm atmosphere… just the perfect place for any occasion. Thank you so much for helping us celebrate our special day, and for your Aussie awesomeness, Lee!!!

Hier kun je supergoed eten, drinken en je kunt gezellig borrelen. Gastvrije en fijne bediening. Heb hier vandaag lekker kunnen werken. Oh, zaten ze maar in Groningen!
