Waffle House - Benson

We had an amazing experience. The food was delicious, the server was an amazing human being, and at the end of our meal, the older couple sitting in the booth next to us, paid our meal.

The cook and waitress were spot on !!!!! Great meal !!!! Thanks ?

My family and I just left this waffle house. The waitress asked us did we need more time we said she because we had just sat down. She didn't offer to get a drink order and went outside. We sat there for 17 mins waiting for her to come take our order as we watched her walk in and out of the restaurant to go to a car parked outside. She never came to get our order so we left. This was at 7pm and there were only 2 other tables I'm the restaurant being watched over another waitress. So sad this place has went this down hill. Me, my husband and all our friends used to come here every weekend.

They had 1 cool 1 waitress its got like that alot. Then when u do get your food it's usually burn and only stays hot about 3 mins cause it's cold in there even in the winter the AC stays broke so it runs and can't be cut off when they do have good help they are only there about a month it's got so bad I don't really do waffle house just for those reasons
