Mcdonald's - Bensenville

I feel like I'm done with McDonald's. The quality just doesn't seem the same anymore. It's not just the service, but also the overall quality of the food. I'm not sure if or when I'll be back. It's been a good time while it lasted.

I am fed up with this restaurant constantly getting my order wrong! They have a responsibility to get it right, but it seems like the people running this McDonald's just can't seem to do anything correctly. If you have allergies, I highly recommend avoiding this place. I suggest driving a few minutes down the road to another location where they actually get the orders right and give back the correct change. If you do end up ordering here, be sure to check your bags before leaving the drive-thru because nine times out of ten, your order will be incorrect. This restaurant is a waste of time and money. It is in desperate need of a complete management and personnel makeover. The last time I was there, I ordered a sausage egg McMuffin and received a ham McMuffin with pancake syrup and butter instead. This place has a lot of room for improvement.

If I could give less than one star, I would. This is the worst McDonald's location I have ever been to. The staff is always rude and provide terrible customer service. I have never had a positive experience at this McDonald's. The manager is particularly rude and thinks they are better than everyone else. One day, I went for breakfast and was the only customer in the lobby. I asked for my orange juice to be placed on the pickup counter, and the manager rudely scolded me for it. They even had the audacity to ask me to leave a review, so here it is!

Very efficient double track mcdonald eating and the coffee was hot pierced, which is not always the case in some mcdonalds.

No macchiato and breakfast @10:30 am. only want those two things on my way. Very disappointed .
