My meatball sub was delicious and my wife loved her sandwich. Got the seafood salad and that was good but there was some outdated ones on the shelf so I'd advise checking them before you grab one View all feedback.

Quality and Quantity have gone way downhill. Wonder if this is by design by the owner? Really skimpy with the meats and cutlet sandwiches are usually burnt and dry. Normally I don't like posting negative comments but the last 5 orders we're either incorrect or just poor quality. Sad to what was a great place. Used for catering at events. Can't go wrong with their hays!!
Love this place! Get the Diablos when you get a little kick to your fantastic sandwich.

Update after a couple more orders from this location ... Today they have shorted me another 1/2 lb of Mac Salad, mixed up two sandwiches with components making them both wrong, and uneatable by the people who ordered them. I called this time as I was hoping for a quick and easy resolution, and was told there was no manager available, and that we could just come back to get the missing item. I will be trying a different location moving forward. check your bags before you leave as there is no quality control at all at this location I have ordered from this location dozens of times, the last one however, I was shorted a 1/2 lb of Mac Salad, and two of the 3 sandwiches that were ordered were wrong, or poorly assembled/not up to usual standards. Typically, I wouldn't write a bad review for 1 bad experience out of 20, especially with the way things are going in the world right now. That being said, I attempted to reach out via email and their website, and I have not been contacted about my order 3 days ago. Also I can't say the errors were due to it being busy and there were plenty of people standing around in the location behind the counter, and only myself in the store picking up my order. So I took 1 star off for lack of customer service, and 1 star for getting 80% or the order wrong. My Order was 207125 As a response to the response from the owner, I did fill out that form on Friday, and I have not heard anything as of yet. I emailed the primary location, and it said their mailbox was full. As I stated above, I attempted to reach out and still have not heard anything

I guess he figures he's got enough clients not to care to address each concern individually. What a shame. Customer service is pretty arrogant as well. Time to find a better location
