Mcdonald's - BENSALEM

Your milk shake machine was down whatever cleaned. It's a common problem. What was more aggregating, they were from Bbq sauce. As stupid as it sounds (I'm not a fan of fast food) when I have to eat something to cover it in the sauce. How is a fast food place running out of something that is used for a big sale.

The food is definitely delicious along with the price is good. However, the majority of workers were quite slow. It seemed a lot of workers were either new or not enough workers.

The girl who works the takeout order window is always happy and wonderful to treat. However, the execution of orders is very slow. Hopefully they rent and train a few more people to help them.

I recently went through the drive thru at this location and Edna took my order and she was absolutely great! Best service I have ever had at any McDonald's. She was so friendly, it made for a great experience.

Typically fast and super. Only employed at normal times(11-1) and even then quite fast. I go to breakfast, always hot and fresh. Update 5/22: Only recently I had problems with the service inside. They do not seem to want to be there and their attitude is reflected by customers. I'd rather stay driving. I'm always polite, even if I feel this energy, but it doesn't make you want to spend your time there
